Not sure where to begin?
We’ve got you. If you’re new to the studio or returning after a break, start with our Reformer Foundations course to learn the basics, build confidence, and feel comfortable with the equipment. From there, we’ll help you choose the right classes for your goals—head over to the workshop section to see when the next reformer foundations begins.

Our mat and yoga classes are the perfect place to start if you’re building (or rebuilding) a consistent practice. We recommend beginning with a regular mat or yoga class first to learn the fundamentals, refine your technique, and get comfortable with pacing and breath. Once you feel confident, you’ll be in the best position to progress to our heated classes and enjoy them safely and comfortably.
