What’s included in a subscription?
Your subscription gives you a set number of sessions each billing period (depending on the option you choose), which you can book through our online timetable you'll also get a buddy pass which you can use once a month to bring a friend along.

When will I be billed?
Subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each month from the day you sign up.

Is there a minimum commitment?
No—subscriptions are rolling monthly unless otherwise stated on the plan.

How do I book my sessions?
Simply book online as normal using your subscription credits.

Do my sessions roll over if I don’t use them?
Sessions don’t roll over.

​

Can I pause or freeze my subscription?
Yes—give us a shout via email and we'll get it sorted for you, we just ask for 7 days before you're next billing date.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes—cancel up to 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. Send an email to info@alignmovementstudios.com to manage cancellation.

What happens if a payment fails?
You’ll receive a notification and we’ll retry the payment. If it remains unpaid, your subscription access may be paused until it’s resolved.

Can I upgrade or change my subscription?
Absolutely—get in touch and we can help you switch to a plan that better suits your routine.

Can I use my subscription for any class or session type?
Most subscriptions can be used across eligible classes—any restrictions will be listed on the plan details.

Are subscriptions refundable?
Subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

​

What’s your cancellation policy for booked sessions?
You can cancel or reschedule within our cancellation window. Late cancellations may result in the session being deducted. With the unlimited membership there is a fine of £2.50 for no shows and late cancellations.

Can I share my subscription with someone else?
Subscriptions are for individual use and can’t be shared.​
