Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a class?
Book via our app or website. You’ll see live availability, waitlists (if offered), and your booking history.

Do I need an account?
Yes—creating an account lets you book, manage memberships/packs, join waitlists, and receive booking emails/updates.

What should I bring?
-
Yoga / Mat Pilates: comfortable clothing + water. We have mats (or bring your own if you prefer).
-
Reformer: grippy socks are required (available to buy if you forget).
-
Optional: small towel.

How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes for regular classes. Late arrivals may not be admitted once class has started (for safety and to avoid disruption).

I’m new — which class should I start with?
For mat classes we recommend starting with a non heated Pilates class before trying heated. If you’re new to reformer, we recommend our Reformer Foundations before higher-level sessions.

What’s the difference between Yoga, Pilates and Reformer?
-
Yoga: mobility, breathwork, strength, balance, flexibility.
-
Mat Pilates: core-focused strength, posture, mobility and control.
-
Barre: Slow controlled low impact movements.
-
Reformer Pilates: resistance-based Pilates using the reformer machine—great for strength, alignment and progression.

I’m not flexible / fit — can I still come?
Absolutely. Classes are scalable with options provided. Come as you are.

Can I do classes while pregnant?
Often yes (especially yoga and mat pilates), but it depends on your pregnancy and history. Please tell us when booking and speak to your instructor before class. Some class types/intensities may not be suitable.

Postnatal — when can I return?
As a general guide: once you’ve been cleared to exercise (often after your postnatal check). Start gently and let us know you’re postnatal so we can modify appropriately. Starting back through one of our post natal classes is recommended.

Are babies welcome?
Only in specific classes (e.g., Mums & Babies Pilates). Babies aren’t permitted in regular classes for safety and space.

What’s your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 8 hours before class. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee or loss of credit (to keep things fair and allow waitlisted clients a chance).

Do you offer intro offers or beginner courses?
Yes—check our Intro Offers and Foundations courses. They’re the best way to build confidence and learn the basics properly.

What if I’m late?
Please arrive on time. If you’re late, we can’t guarantee entry once class has started, as it can be disruptive and may compromise safety.
